Wanda V. Mays

Wanda V. Mays has spent more than three decades helping individuals, organizations, and communities move from potential to performance.
With over 30 years in education, more than 25 years in federal grant writing, and extensive experience in nonprofit development and leadership, Wanda understands what it takes to turn vision into measurable results.
In 2026, she led the organization and chartering of the Tampa Bay Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen, Inc., helping bring together more than 100 founding members and establish a nonprofit organization in less than seven months.
Her message is simple: You do not have to wait for permission to build something that matters.
