In 2026, Wanda served as Charter President in organizing the Tampa Bay Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen, Inc.
With charter approval on May 28, 2026, and a chartering celebration on October 13, 2026, the chapter brought together more than 100 founding members in less than seven months of organizing.
The experience illustrates her approach to bringing a founding team together, building organizational structure, engaging community partners, and moving from planning to execution.
This example describes Wanda's leadership experience. Women Who Move Cities™ is a separate brand and initiative.
"Throughout my career, I have watched extraordinary women establish organizations, grow businesses, advocate for families, strengthen neighborhoods, and create opportunities for others.
Many are building the very institutions that make their communities stronger, yet their contributions are not always visible or adequately supported.
I founded Women Who Move Cities™ to change that. I want women to be recognized for what they have accomplished and equipped for what they are capable of building next.
My vision is a national platform that connects leadership with strategy, visibility with opportunity, and ambition with lasting impact."
